Got a new winch, go to install it and I cant get either of the two front bolts out of my stock plastic skid plate. Tried to work around that, but it is impossible to install mounting brackets without getting this bottom plate off.... The bolts spin but are stripped and wont come out. Any Ideas or suggestions? Another question... I installed ITP rims and tires at the end of last riding season, top speed on my 400 was 53 mph... now with 26 mudlites, 40 mph is top speed. Is this common? is there anything i can do to get a little more power out of my old gal? clutch kit? Jets? exhaust?
