hi i just installed a new cdi box on my yamaha kodiak 400 2002 and she was running good...i went to take a ride and after like 1 hour she stalled. no fire.i checked the fuses,good.checked solenoid,good.but if i wait a few minutes she will run.

 

did u try it after reinstalling the old cdi? the new one might b bad
