Default 700 Suspension Settings

Hello Everyone,
Am curious to know if any of you have made any adjustments to your suspension/shock settings. I have not touched my settings and am wondering if adjusting mine will improve my riding experience. Right now the only thing that I may be able to improve would be body roll when on uneven trails. I don't like the feeling of rolling over very much, but I don't want to sacrifice the smoothness of the rest of the trails I ride. If it matters, I am 6'1" and weigh about 210. Thanks for all input. I guess I should have added that I have an 08 Griz 700

if your worried about rolling it, i'd just go with wheel spacers. really made me feel alot better on mine when taking turns.

If you want to feel better on the trail, set your shocks to the softest position and install 2" wheel spacers all round. I did and i'm not afraid to get some "air" now and then on my 08 grizz 700. Also install a "grunt kit" which consists of 4 light weight rollers in the clutch. You will LOVE IT!!!!!

The stock set-up came on the softest setting (1). I upped it to 2 and can feel a slight difference (I was surprised to feel any), but it still rolls pretty good. I would imagine a stiffer setting would help, but still wouldn't expect much from the stock shocks. I'm looking forward to the day when my wife officially declares it mine so the Elka's can on.

Thanks for that info on the grunt kit flyer, I think I will have to do that. I watched the video and for $50 it doesn't look like you can go wrong.

I just watched that video and holy crap! That thing is incredible, does it work on 550 FIs to or only the 700?

I'm going to look into this grunt kit and find out if anyone is experiencing any negative effects from it. I am definately interested in it for sure. I am not going to add wheel spacers though, I have a hard enough time manuvering in the woods as it is with my stock stance. A wider stance will not help me at all.
