Default Raptor 700, increasing bottom end

What can I do to increase the bottom end on this bike? Seems to be heistant sometimes, I want to boost the low end torque so lug it around easier. I was told an exhaust and efi controller will make the bike totally different. I was considering the CT Racing exhaust, I saw the dyno graphs and the torque curve was impressive. I heard Looney Tunes exhausts are really good but I want to increase torque, I'm not an all out drag racer, want something to help lift that front end violently.

SHould I get a efi controller first, perhaps that can help with the hesitation or just put it in the same time as the exhaust?
