Exclamation 2000 warrior timing issue

Just rebuilt the top end on a 2000 350 warrior because of a valve issue.Got it back together and now it will only idle, sounds great till you hit the throttle then it just bogs and back fires. I've set the timing a dozen times and even rebuilt the carb. I'm not an ace mechanic by any means by I can handle the basics. I set the timing marks at top dead on the fly wheel, set the cam at the mark on the head with the piston up,valves are set. Am I missing something or is there something I did wrong? Can anybody offer any advice.

The rocker lock nut backed off and damaged the rocker,so I had another head rebuilt and installed it
