its hard to say, but whether or not its the problem thats a good mod to do, those stock springs are trash, it could be a few things, if its not the carb then im thinking of something along with the valves, what where the reasons it had to be rebuilt?

Nevermind accelerator pump wouldnt affect wide open. but its not like a starv when i hit it. It backfires when i get off the gas too. Could it be something in the ignition?

yea its possible, warriors like to toast stators, but usually when the stators start to poop out they become are real pain to start, almost seems like its running rich if its backfiring but it could also be ignition, even worn valve train can do that.

The first time it was rebuilt is because i went to oaklahoma and sand goes through a k and n filter. the second time my local quad shop forgot something with the rings i dont remember it was awhile ago and its been tuning it in ever since.

Just check voltages at the coil/stator etc. Generally ignition problems make it a pain in the *** to start too though and don't stop at WOT. I had some pain issues with my Warrior a few years back when I rebuilt it and it ended up being a torn carb boot; which makes it impossible to get jetted or running right. I'd make sure your intake system and fuel system are all clean, sealed, and working properly.

Also, I wouldn't worry too much about the oil shooting out. As long as your breather hose isn't plugged up you should be fine. I pulled a real wise-guy move a few weeks back when I checked my oil before riding and forgot to put the dipstick back in. I noticed it quick and had just been putting around but my pantleg and front fender were doused in oil.

Im going to check the breather hose. But would my carb boot seal up at WOT? I think i remember my carb boot having a little crack or worn and i didnt think anything of it.

If its got any crack it needs to be changed, end of story. Otherwise you never know when it may or may not suck air in through it and thats why it just runs like crap at mid throttle. Plus once its cracked its only going to get worse. Mine ran fine at WOT but crappy in the mid-range when mine was split open on one side.
