94 Warrior LOST SPARK!! HELP!!!

i got a 1994 yamaha warrior 350 and i was going down a bumpy hill and it cut out on me and turns over and has good compression and is getting gas but no spark? what can i be? it has a new starter in it. cdi box? coil? please help i wanna get back out and ride=]

going to have to check basic grounds and stuff to make sure all your wiring is fine and its not something simple, most likely if nothing came undone or anything in the wiring harness then it might be the stator that finally pooped out, its pretty common on stators and you have to ohms test them to see if there good or bad

yea that happened to me, it shut off on me and it couldnt get it started again. It was turning over with the electric start but wasn't catching. The coil went bad so i replaced it and it started right up. Theyre pretty cheap on ebay, only about $20-30

Even if you put a new stator on it recently it could be defective ,it has happened to me twice check your source coil ohms first. I found out by taking apart the source coil in one of the ones gone bad which I bought from flebay that rebuliders use low grade enamelled wire ,mine only lasted a couple of days.Never had a cdi ,pick up coil or spark plug coil gone bad on my 2000 350 warrior .
