It's pretty easy, just buy a gasket for the right side (as you sit on it) engine case, drain the oil, get a piece of cardboard and put the bolts for the cover in it, some are different lengths, and need to go back in the same spot to work ! The clutch pack is just like a manual one, just pull the bolts, remove the old plates, install the new, best thing is to have a manual, and when you drain the oil, soak the new plates in it, they work better installed 'wet'.If you are handy with a wrench at all, it should only take you 2 hours tops, if you are very handy, you could have it done in 45 mins to an hour. Then stop beating on it!!! I still have the stock plates in my 95 Wolverine, and I rode the living pi$$ out of it !! Just kidding, ride the hell out of it and have fun.
