01 warrior starting problems

New everything pretty much for the electrical side. not understanding how I had spark and even ran it, sounded great, then just stops and still no spark. checked the pickup and the magneto, scale 180-220 I have 214 scale 270-330 I have 318. brand new coil, brand new pickup, brand new cdi, even checked the timing marks and they are dead on, I took the orange wire off the coil and checked directly and get nothing, before I would have a flash of green when I was cranking it, if I switch the polarity on the test light and clip the end to the positive the orange wire is grounded (green) if i switch it back to the negative I get nothing I even checked the main switch and the starter switch. both check good. I just dont get it. I rode it up and down the street and then all the sudden no spark.

If the woodruf key broke the cam wouldnt spin, I checked that as well timing marks are right on, I have 3 cdi's. the stock on that only turns over the motor, the one I got off ebay and that wont even turn the engine over, and I bought a brand new one from RM stator and it just turns the engine over as well, no spark at all.

The magneto has a seperate woodruff key, from what i saw when i had to replace my cam the lower timing chain sprocket appeared to be pressed on.Possible it sheared and just wedged itself stuck out of phase, but if you didnt hear a bang or poping oise whhile you were riding chances of it being that are probably minor.
Since you mentioned at one point it wouldnt turn over at all your switches may also be falty if you havent checked them already. Do you have a manual? Like the one you can download off sandwizards?

Pop quiz time, how much voltage should the stator/magneto supply when the engine is spinning over ? if its anything more then 5 volts then problem found. I have the fairings off, and all wiring easily exposed, I am back feeding all wiring with the cdi and component unpluged to check for constant thru the wire. I checked the ohm readings directly at the plug in to the cdi and they check good, the 3 white wires that I take it supply the charge are only giving me 5 volts when I crank the engine. I am wanting to know if this is correct or not. I hope it is incorrect and I have found the problem ! ( I HOPE)
