Default 98 Grizzly Floods When Gets Hot

I have a 98 Grizzly 600, I have completely gutted and replaced everything in the carb. It runs fine for about 20 or 30 minutes but after it gets hot it starts flooding. The overflow tube has a constant drip of gas coming out when it's hot. If I let it cool for about 30 minutes and crank it, it runs fine again. I don't understand what the problem is. Any ideas?

Yeah, I thought it might be something with the float but it's all new float, needle, gaskets, etc. Someone told me it might be vapor lock which I guess is what you are referring to about boiling gas. If that is the problem, what is the solution? Some kind of heat shield around the carb?

At a minimum, it sounds like your float is adjusted a bit too high, causing flooding, and dripping out the overflow.

Yeah, I thought the float needed adjustment, but it doesn't flood or run out the overflow until it gets hot (after running at least 20 to 30 minutes). I'm absolutely confused. I guess I'm gonna have to take it to the dealer and let them charge me and arm and a leg to figure it out, ha.
