My Warrior has a brake light that is wired and doesn't work, so I go looking for the switches and there are none My Raptor has them right there on the pedal and the hand lever. Anybody know whats up with this? Is it just a taillight Thanks

 

no it is a brake ltght also. One of the switches should be above the rear brake lever attached to the lever with a spring.

 

No it's not there, just a return spring for the pedal. I looked for a stowed wire where maybe the previous owner took it of but notta I have a manual covering 87-03 Banshee and warriors and it says SOME that came from Mass. and Maine had brake lights I guess I'll check the bulb element for more than one element

 

It's a brake light but someone may have removed the switch or moved it, or the bulb or one of the elements may be burnt out. It could also just be corroded up around the contacts.

 

I have seen post in other forums where guys dont have brake lights and install them. But I thought brake lights were pretty standard on the warrior.

 

Yea this bike came with just a taillight. There are only 2 wires going to the light. Thanks

 

I don't think they put brake lights on them till like 04 or so.

 

my '02 has a brake light. my brother also has an '02 with a brake light and they came from different places mabe it was optional till '02. does someone make l.e.d. brake/taillights for the warrior?
