Red face lowering your griz 700

For circle track racing, does anybody know of a good way to lower a 700 griz ?
I want the skid pan about 4" off the ground, and the only way I know so far is by using shorter shocks and springs. Maybe off a 200cc yam somthing. I need the shock mounting bolts to be the same diameter, or I could make "bushings".
Any ideas would be welcome.

im not sure how ur shocks mount . but om my raptor we used some square stock and cut and bent it to fit the stock top mounts and lowered the stock shocks about 3 inches . ended up having to buy the lowering kit for the rear .you might be able to find a kit from a difrent model bike.
