Default Wolverien 450 carb line routing?

I have an 06 450 4x4 Wolverine. On the carb, there are two lines hanging down. The ATV runs great, but not sure where (if anywhere) these two lines go. One is the very bottom hose that looks like it could be a carb drain since there is also a screw right above the hose. The hose is about 12" long and thin black rubber. There are no marks on the end like it was attached to something.
The other line attaches at the top of the carb. its a thin rubber hose also, then changes to a larger clear rubber hose. The end is discolored brown like it was attached to something warm like another barb or something. i cannot find where they attach. I've swong the hose around to see if there were anything it could attach to within its reach, but nothing was obvious.
Any ideas?

they are loose like that, the buttom one is your carb bowl drain, and the upper one one is your carb vent line.
