Stock exhaust? If so sounds like carb is dirty. I'd tear into it and giver a good cleaning.

Default warrior popping!

i was riding my 2000 warrior and was running fine then shut it off and two hours later i started it up to put it in the garage and was doing the same as yours! could not understand not many hours on the warrior! being a auto mech i went and checked everything i mean everything two weeks of checking i found the key on the fly sheard and the flywheel moved just enough to make run that way! idled fine but popped of idle. my other 1993 warrior did the same thing! found out it is common thing the key is real weak! need tool to remove fly wheel. hope this helps ( line up the timing marks pr repair manual )

I adjusted the parking brake today. Seems to be running OK. To test i set the parking brake and applied throttle, No power and poppy. Released brake and revs good. Ran it through 1st and 2nd while up on a jack and seems OK. Rear brake does seem to drag a little more that it should. Anyone have adjustment proceedures or a place to get service manual.
