I ride the Glamis sand dunes with a 12 tooth front sprocket, sand skate II padels, e-series slip on, and Dyno-Jet kit. I installed the jet kit per the directions and it ran great,BUT...my plug has carbon deposits/powder all around the outside and the electrode and insulator are very clean looking. Exhaust disks are black with carbon too. Is the carbon from blow by?? Are the electrode and insulator clean becasue I am too lean?? What's the deal??

Go to the Dyno Jet website and check out the section about oxygenated gas and reading plugs. Gas nowadays (esp. in Calif) has a lot of additives that makes it very clean burning. This makes it hard to read plugs because they look so clean. Dyno Jet knows what they are doing. I don't think you'll be lean if you followed their recommendations. I have their kit in my Raptor.
