Default Blaster Help

I am going to put a big bore 240 kit in my blaster and was wonder if I could just leave the stock oil injection on there or would I have to switch to mixing the oil and gas my.self

i would pre mix the injection pump is known to fail an if it does there is no warning an your topend is fried with the 240 kit i would get a bigger carb the lil stock carb just isnt quite enough in my opinion i would put at least a 30mm but a 32mm or 34mm would be ideal for the 240 setup

just puttin this out there but a good ported an polished stock cylinder can produce just as much power as an unported 240 kit at a fraction of the cost

oh yea porting and pipe is the biggest factor to making a blaster really a blast.

i couldnt agree more mine was beating stock warriors before i rebuilt the motor with all the goodies an now im hopeing to do the same to the 400s its always fun to watch a grown man cry when they realize they just got beat by a 200 lol

o yea thats always fun taking an old bike like a blaster or warrior and showing up some monkey thats proud of his bike like a 400ex or something, i know mine will stay close to a stock z400,and will beat a 400ex, unfortunately ive never gone up against any high modded blasters but the ones i have raced werent a problem at all.
