Default Thinking about buying a SXS

So lately my girl friend and I have been toying with the idea about buying a Side By Side (SXS). the onlything that we cant really buy into is the high price of one. so we are considering the yamaha rhino 450. i want to know what the owners of these machines thinks about them. also how they compare to other SXS's. i would love to get the 700 but the price tag keeps going up with out any changes (the manufactures need to wake up and cut this crap out. The mentality of "we sold half as many, make it twice the price" sucks.) But anyways I kind of figured it would be slower than the more powerful bigger engies are. but are they capable? i know i have a 250 timberwolf 250 4x4 that is scary to ride up hills because its way under powered. we do ride on dirt roads probably 40% of the time so some speed is needed. once i get some responses i will have some more questions. thanks for any replies.

My buddy has a '06 Rhino 450 that is just as capable of any 660 or 700 Rhino. It has a Big Gun exhaust and air filter, and it will keep up with modded Rhino 660's and Polaris Rzr's with no problem. He is actually selling it for $6500, I was thinking about buying it myself!
