I am looking to buy new rear tires for my 01 warrior, I am leaning toward pure sports bandits, I ride mostly hard pack trails and some gravel-sand pits, some mud in spring. One local dealer said bandits all the way, the other said no way bandits are for banshees go for spider trac or mud sharks, any help would be great Thanks

Bandits look cool, would imagine they would work great? Have heard that the tread packs with mud but never tried them so dont know.. The mudsharks would be good? Blackwaters and Bearclaws are good, personally I do not like spidertracks they just do not have enough tread on them and kinda soft.. What about razrs? Those look nice.

get the holeshot xct's. I've never got mine packed up with mud, and they hook up great on everything.

I have the holeshot XCT's on my banshee and they hook up great. My buddy has the bandits on the reaar of his warrior and he is very happy with them.He said he lost a little speed because they are a flat profile instead of balloon like stock.

What I really want is something that hooks up well on most terrains but also slides nice also, and I don't think I would get this with spider tracs or any other mud type tire.

Mud type tires work awsome on a warrior, You cant slide as easily but they hookup in everything . Try running AT type tires on the front (razr or holeshot) with a mud tire on the back. The amount of difference the front tires make will almost make up for the lack of sliding ability of the rear ones. Kind of balincing it back out to where you would be with stock tires, but with way better handling and traction.

i have shredders on my warrior. they are great! they wear really well too, they are a harder compound than any of the holeshots. They also work great in mud, hillclimbs, basically they are good for everything. I highly recommend them.
