Does anyone have any good stories about the rides you've been on? Let's see how many good responses we get with this thread.

oh, got you beat. I was riding in a clay mine when i came upon a polaris sportsman stuck up to his rack in thick clay. The suction on this stuff is worse than you have ever seen. They started off with 2 quads tied to it, one had a winch, the other one was hooked off to the winch with a pulley, and then hooked to the polaris. After about 20 minutes of that, 2 more quads came and started pulling on the one with the winch, while about 20 people were pulling on the rope. After all of this took over an hour, and only moved the sportsman about 5 feet, they finally gave up and called a wrecker. When he got there, he used the 12000 lb winch, and barely got the sportsman out. I think that was sometime around 3 hours after he first go stuck.

LAst year I went to the Cochranton Poker run and there was 7000 quads there and they had 3 50 mile trails. I went on trail c and after 30 miles there was hill that went straight up. Alot of people went around it but one guy on a sportsman went up. About two feet from the top the machine came to a complete stop. he grabed the brake, and it started to turn side ways. A tree stoped him, but then the front started to rise znd he jumped of the back and ran down the hill as fast as he could. He was crawling through the mud just so the quad wouldnt land on him. When it lande it was upside down, he just kicked back over started it up and drove back up it

Last weekend it was awsome weather to go riding so i prep my shee and off i went. I dont really have anyone to ride with because all my old friends are either junkies or alches and here i am with 130 days clean and a 2001 Banshee, aint that a bitch, but anyway i met up with these kids two on blasters and one on a foreman. Let me tell you it was extremly muddy out. So we are tearin around and im starting to get sick of following them so i took the lead and took this pretty tough trail, everything is going smooth and then we come up on a major mud bog so i turn around to get a decent run at it and instead of waiting till i went through they all turned around and took a run at it. Well needless to say we were all stuck even the foreman. The one kid on one of the blasters slammed in to me I almost made him part of the mud bog. After about two hours pushing and pulling, swearing and yelling we finally got them out.
