First, for everybody who is going to tell me to buy a bigger quad move on down the road please! Paid for, no more room in the garage, too many other hobbies that also take up time and money.
I have narrowed my choices down to the Supertrapp IDSX, HMF Performance Series or the HMF Quiet Race Series. Of course I will also be rejetting and using a less restrictive air filter. Nothing is going to change the quads top speed other than gearing, I'm looking for more response and performance through the mid range.
Next winter I am probably going to add a new cam. I am also thinking about the 366 piston but that might wait until the engine needs to be rebuilt. What about porting and polishing the head? There are plenty of people who do good work on these engines because of the popularity of the Wolverine.

The Grizzly/Bruin is not gear as low as the more hard core Utility Big Bear,so any increase in power with most likely increase your top end.
This guys make a 435 and 446 Big bore kit for the 350 for $650. http://www.fourstroketech.net/

TLC,
I've got Four Stroke Tech bookmarked on my home computer. I'm not sure I want to go with a stroker for a utility quad just because of any possible reliability issues. Everything I have read about the 365/366 pistons has been positive, more torque and no loss of reliability. If it got me some more speed that would just be a bonus. Now, when I finally retire from the Coast Guard and settle down in one place a used Wolverine and one of those stroker motors just might be the ticket!
Do you have any input on those exhausts? The HMF pipes have some pretty good feedback on here but I haven't read much about the Supertrapp one way or the other. Tuneability is a plus with those and as a motorcycle rider I have a pretty good impression of Supertrapp.
