piston removal on a warrior 350

Default piston removal on a warrior 350

how do you remove the timing chain to remove the head to acess the piston and what else do you need to do to remove the piston

have the bike at TDC remove timing chain tensioner then take the cam sprocket off, take some wire or a clothes hanger and rig it to the handle bar or something to hold tension on the chain so it wont fall while your doing other things then the head will pull off then take the jug off, stuff the area around the piston/rod with rags or something that way nothing can fall into the crankcase while you take the piston off the rod, take the wristpins out and then the rod pin will slide out and piston will be free.

how do you split the block of a warrior 350 to remove the piston so i can replace the rod bearings and posibly the piston

how do you split the block to replace the piston bearings and piston on a warrior 350
