just installed
umi billet throttle cover
umi billet front brake master cyl. cover
ims desert tank
barnett carbon fiber clutches <<THANKS xtreme165

I posted how I went about changing my raptor clutch and a couple pics of removing the clutch cover. Not saying my way is the best but it worked for me.

I haven't tried the clutches out yet because it's late and I doubt my neighbors will appreciate my YOSHIMURA! so I will post tomorrow on how I like the clutch...

You'll love the clutch. It has a more positive feel to it.

did your dealer re-use the small factory curvy metal plate?

I used mine.

dsEATER,

I'm thinking of purchasing the Yoshimura system and just had a few questions. Are you happy with your purchase? How does the Yoshimura head pipe compare to the stock head pipe as far as diameter? How has it compared to other exhaust systems that you've seen?

I never imagined that a pipe could make that big a difference on a 4 stroke. I cannot really compare it to any others, I have heard good things about big guns too, the yoshi was costly but I am VERY happy with it. I have heard of a few guys pulling their big guns off and switching to others so I didn't buy the big gun. Curtis sparks pipe should be REALLY good too.

oh ya the head pipe is larger and both tubes are equal lengths.

I love the clutch OTHER than it's harder to pull with the new springs, TALK ABOUT PUTTING THE POWER TO THE GROUND!!!!!!

wheelies much easier
