Help with swingarm bolt please
I bought a 27mm socket and took off the outer nut but now cannot get the inner bolt thing to budge? As you can see the hole in the middle is an allen screw. I tried to turn it and it wont move. It is soaking in liquid wrench right now. Any tips, tricks or savy. Is it suppose to turn out with the allen wrench? Thanks -

These swingarm bolts can be a real bear to get out. Tip the bike on its side and keep soaking. Occasionally, try and knock the bolt out. Sometimes it can take several days to get it and be prepared to buy a new bolt. Sometimes I have even had to cut the head off the other side and take the bolt out backwards. Be sure and use never-sieze on the new bolt and take it out occasionally to clean it. Good luck!

Change your penatrant to a 50/50 mix of ATF and acetone...... it will do a better job than anything available as a penetrant on the market..... HANDS DOWN.
I'll have to search the web for the data, but I read a great article about this several months back and have tried it since,.... and I stand behind the article's findings...... It works much better than liquid wrench or PB Blaster, or wd 40 or any other product.

that bolt is threaded thru the frame. you will not be able to just beat it out. i'm dealing with the same problem on a timberwolf. one side is out and the other now has a broken piece of allen wrench in it. I'm thinking about welding something like a socket onto the face to be able to spin it out
