Default Loud clank when shutting down

I have a 99 Warrior that starts and runs perfect however, when it shuts down, the last noise it makes is a loud metal on metal clank noise. Almost sounds like the final stroke before it shuts down is a metal on metal stop.

Any ideas what this could be?

Loose flywheel..... That'd be my best guess without any more info than given.
