Check the fan, jump a direct 12v source to the fans two leads and see if its spins. Is the oil temp light constantly on?

There should be a sensor in the radiator that tells the fan to come on when the coolant hits a certain temperature. It should have an electric clip on the sensor with two wires going into it. Take the clip on electric fitting off the back the sensor. Start your grizzly and use a small bit of wire and jump the two metal tips in the wire clip. That should cause your fan to start running. If it does, you need to replace the sensor in the radiator. Costs about 30 bucks and takes 15 minutes if that.
