hey everyone!i was at the first gncc race in lake okechobee cuz i live by it !!it was great got penlands autograph saw a lot of raptors!!ANy way i was watching practice and i see a cannondale fly bye!!I freaked out and didnt see it anymore!finally when we camped we saw the guy right next to us with the cannondale!we inspected it the next morning! It had holeshots ,fmf pipe, and olhins shocks stock!!it was gray and black!it was awesome looked about the same size as a 400ex a lil wider!it had the air filter in the front and a square frame!!so anyway the next morning we woke up and saw the owner of it.We talked to him and asked him about it,he said he got it friday, march (the 4th i think?)cuz he knew the dealer! He was really mad,he said he rode it yesterday for 1 minute and then washed it,he said it woodnt start after he washed it,so he tried for like 2 hours.he said when he rode it it was super fast in acceleration and couldnt notice the efi but said he thought the front shock was way too stiff(which can be ajusted anyway).Aftersome hel;p he finanly got it started.he was still ma d and said it wasnt worth the money...he raced in the next day in stock 4 stroke!since he wasnt used to it its hard to tell how it handled.it seemed to jump good! The one thing about it was that thing looked real fast on the straight aways!!at least fast as a raptor probably faster,he seemed to go around corners about like the 400exs>I also saw him on the flatrack l;ater in the race him and a banshee were side by side and he kept up all the way around>!i was impresed by the cannondale!!bye!!

Yeah i seen one in person to. I sat on it and picked it up (lightness test). It seems to be a decent ATV, but there are some things I noticed about it.
1. There were two bolts missing on the grabbar (bike appeared to never been riden)
2. I thought the plastic was ugly on the bike, it just looked kinda generic.
But the bike is about the weight of a 400ex I would say, has steel braided brake lines, ohlins, holeshots, fmf makes their pipe, EFI, and a bunch of goodies. But is it worth $7800? Not my $7800. Ill but a 400ex and put the ohlins shocks and do some motor work to add up to 7800 and smoke be able to beat the cannondale and also have what i know to be a reliable quad.

They did a review on it in the new dirt wheels. That has to be one of the ugliest looking quads I've ever seen. Those front plastics just gotta go. They should have kept the good looking plastics they showed on the first prototype model.
