Default Possible overflow oil line for 03 Blaster crankcase?

This is the same bike I had with carb jet settings question, now I've found when riding the bike for a short time an oil line coming out the top of the crankcase and leading up to my handlebars is pumping oil out while I'm riding? Anyone know of what could be causing this?

Thanks

As far as I know, there shouldn't be one going up to the handlebars.... Something not quite right.... (checking other post)

I didnt think there should either, but it comes out the top of the crankcase and leads underneath the fuel tank and has an open end directly beneath the plastic on the handlebars that holds the oil.

Any no what this could be and why it is leaking oil while the bike is running?

Too much oil in Crank case or Small hole in piston (broken rings would do the same thing too). either way. Not good. Compression or positive crank case pressure forcing oil out.

I got out and looked at mine and the vent tube is routed differently, but still there.
