Default Blaster bogging down

2003 Blaster just removed the oil injector, brand new fluids, brand spark plug, brand new air filter, rebuilt carb...

It will start, idle, and run, but when I really get into the throttle it bogs down. I am completely stumped.

Any ideas and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Yea I used Yamalube 2R. I mixed it at 32:1. I did research and that was the ratio I saw most, so I used it.

That's fine on the ratio. Bogging down sounds like maybe a dirty filter, clogged jet (or wrong jet), or something along those lines. could be a big air leak in the intake boot, but that generally would give you some major back firing too.

It has been back firing too, but I pulled that carb apart yesturday and looked like warmed over h*****. The jet, which was 240, was about 1/2 clogged. I remember it was my dad who said he rebuilt the carb and he pretty handy person I beleived him. Turns out he rebuilt it 2 years ago and then let it sit for a very long time. Rebuilt kit is ordered.
I will also looked for any air leaks.

Thanks!

With the oil injection the oil enters the fuel after it goes through the carb. Now with with running premix the oil and fuel are entering through the carb jets, witch may be a bit small.causing a lean condition. You may have to rejet.

The one I pulled off was too dirty to read, but I now have the rebuild kit and a 240 jet and a 230. Would either of these be acceptable or do I need to spring for sumthing larger?
