Interchangeable Parts

I have a 2006 Honda TRX 450 and just got a 2007 raptor 700. I have some pretty nice wheels and tires on my old bike (06 TRX), i know the lug pattern is different, but does anyone know if i can swap the hubs out on them? Thanks
