Nice ride and congrats! Since you have access to steel and can fabricate, let your know how guide you. Check out some of my pic's, just a small handful of things I made for my old Polaris. I wish I had kept pic's of all my projects. I've made skid plates,cv boot guards, bumpers, winch mounts, tool boxes, plow mounts, rack baskets, and much more for myself, family and friends. Most often they turn out to be much stronger and just as good looking/sometimes better than a store bought item.(of course a little heavier too!) For an example, the rear bumper of my magnum took a 20 mph. from another quad and it only scratched the paint but left the other guy's front brush guard(store bought) in a mangled mess. On my 07 I was going to build front and rear brush guards similar to the Guru's but Christmas came and left a set oem bumpers under the tree. When they eventually break I'll build a better, stronger set. Happy fabbing!
