Default Raptor 350 rear shock

Yesterday,in attempting to increase my rear shock preload, I failed to recognize that there were two jam nuts on the adjustment ring. The result is that I unscrewed the shock tub from the shock head dumping the oil and gas. ANyone know if this shock is rebuildable (or worth it if it is). Alternatively any recommendations on rear shock (cheaper is better).

Yes, you can rebuild them. I have never had one rebuilt but have always heard VERY good things about this guy and never anything bad. Race Tech Service Center,Elka Service Center-Factory Authorized Elka Service Center US,Race Tech Service Center,Fork and Shock rebuild, revalve, respring

You can also look on ebay, raptor forum, or moddedraptor and may be able to pick up a used one for a decent price from where someone is either parting out or has upgraded their rear suspension.
