Default Yamaha Trike

Hey, I was thinking about maybe purchasing this 3 wheel Yamaha. I hear they flip over often, but this one has HUGE rear tires. It will only be used for street riding. What do you think?

Just be careful. And yes they do tip over or you can loose control at high speed. If you take it slow and just use it to cruise around you should be just fine.

Not sure how much it is but they dont make em anymore and can be very fun. Just stay away from hillclimbs with those ones.

Not for the street. Big balloon tires with little to no suspension and a novice rider - bad idea. Make sure you wear a helmet. P.S. The taller the tires the higher the center of gravity making it even more unstable.

Do you think the width of the tires helps for stability though?

Quite honestly that model is just not designed for stability, it was designed ( the 3 wheeler in general ) to go through rice fields in Japan where it was moving slow through high water and mud. Total opposite of fast and asphalt. Not to say there aren't race born models just most aren't.
