Default 2003 Warrior Battery Issue

I have just replaced the battery in my 2003 Warrior and now when I go to hook the cables up it tries to crank over? What could be the problem?

Thanks

Welcome to the Forum!

sounds like the starter soleniod is stuck - best bet would be do get a manual for the quad and see what it has for Troubleshooting guides.

Default Push button switch

Thank ya sir...I think it may be the switch. I pulled the wires from the switch and it did not try to start...and the original owner had replaced the switch from below the clutch lever to the center of the handle bars with a push button...gonna give that a try. Is the solenoid the box under the left fender well?
