probably have a worn gear box- just pull the clutch basket out and check the all the shifter parts for wear- probably have a few worn gears also. You really need to get a manual and start from step one and work your way into the case if need be.

All ways use your clutch bro, thats why its there.
Unless you enjoy taking apart trannys and buying new sh*t.

I had a similar problem with my rm 250 so I stripped it down and it turned out to be worn gear dogs. The edges of the dogs were rounded so every now and then under acceleration the gears would pop out of place, going into a false neutral.

Like beergut said you need to get a manual and find out whats going on because if you ignore the problem it will probably end up costing you more in the long run.
