Sweet! Is that a custom muffler? Curtis Sparks doesn't make them for a Warrior any more.

Also how do you like the a-arms? I had the same ASR arms on mine and when the heim joints got full of dirt and mud it was hard to steer.

I got the exhaust off ebay and refurbished it because their so rare and great for power. I love the front end only complaints i have with the heims is their noisy and dont last as long as ball joints. I was doing a 446 for it but i got it because the rod bearing out and upon taking it apart i found it needed a new oil pump, rod, crank bearing and a new sleeve. So i just decided to keep it stock stroke with the good fst head for reliability

Very sharp looking Warrior, much sportier looking than stock with the plastic trimmed and the decals. Great looking front end, must handle/ride a lot better than stock.
I would get some skid plates and a arm plates on that bad boy, dont want to mess up your investment with hit from a rock or stump.

thanks ive got a belly and swingarm skid but you cant get skids for the +2 plus ive never really had a problem with them needing skids

Yeah I put the 446 in mine but I kept blowing the head gasket out. I think I finally got it right but then I sold it. The only good thing about the 446 was it was such a sleeper. I would pull up to the line and get laughed at - then leave highly modded 440EX's in my dust. Still couldn't beat stock YFZ450's but it was right there with 'em - not too shabby for an old Warrior engine! I had changed all my stuff over to a Raptor 350 frame & plastics - where the name came from - Raptor450!

Excellent choice to keep the 366 for the reliability.

you have any more pics of your quad. i remember seeing a some a couple of years ago. i want to see what your exhaust looked like

Yeah I'll see if I have some more pics on my other computer when I get home. When I switched over to the Raptor 350 frame I had to get a new muffler cause the mounting is different on the Raptor. I ended up with a HMF slip-on and the factory header. I was disappointed I couldn't use the Sparks, but the HMF sounded almost as good and performance seemed about the same. I used the factory header because everyone I talked to said the factory Warrior header is oversized from the factory and just as good as any aftermarket pipe out there.
