HI im having a problem with my clutch on my 05 raptor 350. It still has the original clitch in it but it doesnt have many hours on it and only catches at the very end.

Im wondering if I can adjust it from the case and adjust that thing with little notches on it... or are you only supposed to adjust the cable. Iv adjusted the cable properly and it does no good.

When you say it catches at the end, do you mean when the clutch lever is almost all the way out? You can adjust it at either end of the cable but it's not going to change your problem. That's just the way the stock 350's are. I always liked mine like that, that way you only had to pull it in ever so slightly to stop and/or change gears.
