Default Wolverine Carb Issue

First off, I am new to this forum, so hello. But more importantly, I have a weird carb issue that has alot of people stumped. I have a 98 Wolverine 350, and when its running it dripps fuel out of the carb overflow. When I shut the engine off, the dripping stops. Also, the dripping speeds up when the throttle is increased. I am not sure if this is connected, but it takes some time for it to return to idle. Other than that be quad runs good, doesnt flood.
Any ideas?

Vent is clear, vacuum hose going to the top of the engine is good, no leaks, diaphragm is responsive.
