Im looking to buy a hot cam for my warrior, it has fmf power bomb header, fmf power core exhaust, high comp piston, and best of all, NOS , im mainy looking for more top speed, or should i re gear it instead of a cam.

 

A cam is not really going to give you top speed, it will just allow the engine to rev faster and higher and allow the engine to pull taller gearing better. If all you need is more speed, then I would change the sprockets. A bigger front sprocket and/or a smaller rear sprocket will give more top speed.

As for cams, the Webcam 84 grind are better for the Warriors, especially since u have a higher compression piston. You do have to run upgraded valve springs for that cam. If you're stuck on Hotcams, go with the cam that has the highest lift and duration, which will probably be the highest stage they offer (stage 3 maybe?). If I remember correctly the Webcam 84 grind has more lift and duration than even the biggest Hotcam.
