Has anyone ever done a rebuild on the front calipers/brakes? I had a piston come out of the sleeve on a caliper and now it leaks fluid. I am wanting to do a rebuild, but if it is less expensive to replace with new/newer calipers/brake system, I would probably do that. Will newer model year brakes fit on an '87? What changes would I have to make if they don't?

Thanks!

I think it would be cheaper to rebuild the brake, New caliper assembly will cost you about $250, I think the brake pads are different on the new style banshees, But I do not know if they fit or not.
