Are blaster frames painted or powdercoated from the factory? Also how much would it be to have my frame painted? Powdercoated?

They come powder coated, most wheelers do.. To paint your frame probally wouldnt cost very much but it also will not last as long, powdercoating is somewhat expensive but will last a while..
