Would it run lean enough to cause damage to the Raptor?

When you say combo, do you mean head pipe and silencer? I know my friend put a E-series WB pipe on his Raptor and he did not rejet it.

Have you looked at their website? It gives recommendations for jetting. The recommendations may be off a little, as I found out 6 months ago installing the Power core 4sq slip-on. Their #'s seem to be lean, atleast that's what I experienced.

Good luck!

supraman,
It is an exercise in futility to ask other people with other riding styles and at other elevations what your engine needs. You have to ask your own engine by means of a test & plug read. When I put the Pro Circuit T4 on my Raptor, My plug told me it was lean at stock so I went up two sizes fatter on the main jets. You really have to test your own bike to know, but a lean mix can create excess heat which can result in a scored piston or worse. If you need some help in testing/rejetting, I have written an easy to follow tutorial with a photo of my plug from a properly jetted Warrior. You can email me for it.
One other thing, if a pipe doesn't require fatter jetting, it must mean that it is not increasing air flow and therefore isn't doing its job.

The FMF pipes come with 260 main jets and you will need to use them. If you only buy silencers, they will fit your stock pipes with no jetting necessary. No power gain, just different sound. With the Fatty's and a K&N filter, you will need 270 mains.
