Local shop rebuild the carburetor on my 1995 Yamaha Kodiak 400. It Starts fine. It Idols fine. ... in 1st gear. But when I give it gas and go it will want to die around 25% throttle. I asked the repairmen what was going on after a week he told that it runs great. He states it "jumps time". Any ideas?

I don't know but tell him OK fix it. I would think if he can't give you an answer then he isn't much of a repairman or is it a do it yourselfer. Ya can't have no fun if it won't run.
