my buddy in Brasher Falls N.Y can do it he went to Wyoming tech and just did his 95 Banshee Canary yellow and is doing my 89 250r bright Metallic Black. if the Frame is all sandblasted he can do it in a day if you are willing to sit and wait while he does it and pay a nominal fee for the work!!
