You are robbing yourself if you don't hit the dunes at Little Sahara UTAH (Sand Mtn.) and St. Anthony in Idaho. I don't know if you have ever ridden at any good dunes before but you should do it at least once in your life if you haven't before.

The Oregon Dunes, which stretch from Florence to Coos Bay. Dirt Wheels said some dunes are as high as 500 hundred feet. I don't know if I believe that, but they are killer dunes.

If you want to go for a nice scenic atv ride, check out www.ledgewater.com I've been out to this ranch a couple of times and the scenery and wildlife is great.

Mena, Arkansas...the best trail riding I have ever enjoyed. The trails are marked like a ski resort...greens = easy, blues = hard, black = hardest. 75 miles of trails.

Raptor001blue,
I live between Johnstown and Altoona in Portage, it's about 1.5 hours NE(rte 22) of Pittsburgh. Where is coatesville and where do you ride?

Hey Erics Raptor, and raptor01blue. If you guys are interested in riding with a couple more Raptors, my friend and myself are always looking for new places to ride. we are getting anxious waiting for the snow to melt here in new york. How far south of the New york boarder are you located? We have been to Cochranton, and Salamanca a few times and dont mind the trip. Let me know if you want company.

I like sand dunes the best! Check out Glamis/Gordons Well/Buttercup near the California Mexico border at www.mrdune.com www.glamisonline.org or do a web search. Go during the winter only because it gets over 120 degrees out there during the summer. My last trip of the year will be this weekend! Also, HUGE rowdy crownds form on holiday weekends so keep that in mind. Then it is off to Pismo Beach for summer trips. For mountain trails I go to Hungry Valley OHV area.
