Its not stuck or anything it'll crank over just fine it's just out of time and has been crank over a lot while out of time...and I don't know if four wheelers are somewhat similar to a car or not I know cars I dont know four wheelers...but I know if a cars cranked over out of time it will warp the valves and stuff in the head...

The worst thing that would happen is the piston hits the valves and bends the valves and/or puts a hole in the top of the piston. I've had it happen to me years ago on a Warrior. Depending on how it's out of time, you may be OK. Before you start an engine for the 1st time after reassembly, it would wise to turn the engine over with a wrench to make sure nothing binds up before you try to start it with the starter.

It probably did not hurt anything.

You have an "interference engine", like lots of cars and motorcycles. This
means that the valves will hit the piston when they are at or near
maximum lift while the piston is at or near top-deadcenter.

Most likely your cam chain is off a tooth or 2 in one direction or the other.
If you cranked the engine with no horrible noises, there was probably no
valve-piston interference. More than a few teeth, and you need at least
new valves.

Your manual shows how to access the TDC and timing marks on the
flywheel. When the flywheel is at TDC, you need to remove the cam
sprocket and move the chain to where the index mark lines up properly.
You can test the timing with a timing light while cranking the engine,
even if it does not start.

This is not a hard job, but (sadly) too scary for most owners to attempt.
