I have a frayed wire on one of the wires coming from the top of the carb.. I believe it the tors wires.. Idk I saw it on YouTube and it was causing problems on his bike so I checked mine and it's barely intact. Hope this is the problem.

 

so i eliminated the tors and i don't think that was the problem. it revs well but when i hold it at full throttle it just bogs and some times kills…
