hi everyone im new to atv's but ok hand with mechanics.. i took the clutch casing off to replace gasket and when i put it back on and connected my clutch cable to the lever that holds it on top of the casing its stuck.. i tried pulling my clutch lever at the top and it wont turn the little shaft on top of casing.. any ideas??
