i just want to get some opinions on people experience with yamaha's extended warranty. my 6 month factory warranty on my raptor 350 expires i think next week. i did purchase a 3 year extended warranty when i purchased the quad. so far love the 350 had no issues and fun little machine to ride.

 

Comes in handy if you ever have a major problem,but if you don't just money for the insurance companies plus a certain percentage for the dealers that push extended warranties.Just like a health insurance policy,you're prepared in case some major problems happen,insurance companies hope nothing does for quite awhile.. With today's complicated electronics,several different modules,fuel systems,etc all it takes is one little thing to easily cost more than the cost of the warranty.It's just a gamble like anything else.
