Assuming you are referring to the rear hub and axle, any Yamaha dealer will have the parts, but if the splines on the axle shaft are shot and you need a new axle you are in for a big bill. The rear hubs are not very expensive.

Honda 300s were prone to this and, instead of new parts, we used to run a bead of weld round the joint where hub and axle meet, not on the nut side. Aftermarket suppliers started making shafts and hubs cheap for the Honda so we now fit these instead. They don't make them for Yams though as Yamaha kept changing the rear axle so there aren't enough of each type to make pattern parts worthwhile.

The hubs are not much and easy to change. Part number 6 or 1 depending on which side. $68.89 from this place. Dirt Cheap Yamaha & Polaris OEM Parts & Accessories – Cycle Parts Warehouse they call it a COLLAR,WHEEL. Part# 2HR-25383-01-00
