I have a 92 warrior. It has a fresh rebuild, new rings and polished just enough to clean up. When it gets hot and it stalls it will not restart, it just floods. It will restart if you leave it in gear and hit the starter, let it roll using the starter and give a little throttle. Maybe the load on the engine acts like an incresed backpressure?? Does continue to cut out in higher gears especially with a hard load. Seems to be worse in a right turn.
Bike is completely stock except for the clean up polish job and a White Bros. pipe.
Also, it smokes at cold start up. Maybe valve seals leaking, but not sure yet. However, it appears to be carb. smoke.

Someone please give me some help or at least a direction!! Thanks!

I have a 95' warrior that does the same thing. Mine only stalls out when I gas it hard from a slow lugging movement, and when I get into the higher RPM's.
